I know it is hard to find a good inspector and it is important to know about the inspector. My name is Matthew Reed, and I am a husband and father to a wonderful family. I am a Certified Professional Inspector ® located in Rochester NH. I know buying a home can be an exciting, and scary time. My goal is to be the best inspector I can and to work with you and your real estate agent and educate you about your home, or potential home. It is I believe it is an inspectors job to help you make smart and confident decisions. Every home requires maintenance, and I am dedicated to helping you identify defects, big and small that require your attention, to help you be aware of current problems and to prevent future ones. I am really glad that Matthew was the inspector for my potential home. He was very approachable, down to earth, and was patient and not condescending with someone (me!) that clearly knows nothing about the details of construction or what to keep an eye out for. He turned around very comprehensive report in a few hours although he talked through all the major points with me during the inspection, which I really appreciated it. I’d highly recommend him.

Matt was great and very personable!! We hired him to do a home inspection on a house we are buying. He is very thorough and informative as he did his inspection. I highly recommend him. His layout of his report is simple to read and has great pictures to go along with it. His prices are great too.

Matthew was amazing, seriously. I called him on a Saturday and explained my situation to him and he made time to come out and do the inspection the next day! I contacted 4 different places and most of them got back to me hours later with prices that made my jaw drop. Whatchdog is AFFORDABLE, reliable, and accommodating to the needs of others. It was a pleasure working with you and I thank you again for coming out and doing the inspection asap..also for explaining everything in terms that a new homeowner to be would understand!
