I had to switch from another company and am immediately feeling good about it and am very happy with PAUL’s professionalism and friendliness as well as his explaining everything carefully. I don’t feel like he’s rushed to leave despite it being really hot these days. Super patient, knowledgeable, and honest/transparent: three qualities you’re always looking for in a business. I even saw him trying to reach the webs on windows that are hard to reach—super happy I made the switch. Also loving the ease I am already having with knowing when they are coming.

I highly recommend this company. They are servicing my house for a year now. In addition to regular maintenance checkups they send experienced techs on a short notice if needed. They helped us with ants, wasps, bees and spiders.

Richard Lamb was absolutely amazing today. He took the time to answer my questions and really explain things. He made sure to do a very thorough spray since we’ve been having more activity than normal. I’m so grateful I found this company and hope to have Richard Lamb back as our technician again! We Do Creepy did our termite inspection and the follow-up service to treat the termites we have, as well as implement preventative measures to prevent future termites. Benny performed the inspection and Erik performed the treatment and both were professional, friendly, on time, responsive, and knowledgeable. Benny was thorough with the inspection, let me know what to expect, and kept me updated as he moved throughout my home. Erik, who performed the termite treatment and preventatives, had great communication. He let me know when he was on his way to my home, what to expect from the service, kept me updated throughout the process, and let me know what to expect and do post-treatment. He even saw a few black widows around my home and sprayed/killed them on his own accord which was not part of the service. I was very impressed with We Do Creepy’s service thanks to Benny and Erik. He explained every step of his visit and was patient with my questions. I have two dogs and they were both really comfortable around him as well. He was great at explaining any periods of time my dogs needed to stay away from certain parts of the house. I’m glad I used this company.
