Their digital portal to view the report makes it easy to categorize the big issues vs small issues found in the inspection (and also offered a pdf version too for traditional formatting/downloading). Highly recommend this team. We are doing a full home renovation and the inspection report was crazy detailed and helpful to both our decision to buy the house and places for our build team to target. They took the time to explain page by page all their notes and findings and stayed as long as we had questions. The full report was provided in an extremely timely manner as well, which was huge for us because we were on a time restraint in buying the house. Will absolutely use them again next time we purchase a home.
