Ron is the man! He literally went over the entire property with a magnifying glass identifying/ documenting everything from minor defects to major structural issues. After identifying what needed further inspection and/or repairs, Ron and I did a walkthrough of the exterior and interior of the property where he thoroughly explained his findings. Ron drafted a complete and very detailed report outlining his findings and the appropriate fixes! You can tell that Ron takes pride in his work and is an experienced home inspector!
