James recently inspected a house that we are hoping to buy, and he was fantastic: he was punctual, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly working his hardest to make sure we learned about any problems going forward (thankfully, there weren’t any). James was also a pleasure to work with: he couldn’t have been nicer or more willing to explain what he was seeing; he made himself available even after the inspection, to explain what he found; and he sent us an inspection report later that day, which was extremely helpful.

I needed a pre-sale house inspection for my house. The house is over 8500 square feet, was built in 1937, and well maintained but I wanted to make sure there were no hidden defects or things that needed serious maintenance or repair. Mr. White spent an entire day going through every nook and cranny! I was so impressed with his detailed review of every space and every system.
