Dan was excellent. He is a great teacher and very friendly. It was our first home buying experience and he helped walk us through all of the things we needed to be on the lookout for. His report was thorough and he was able to help point out all of the potential hazards and the things for which we might need preventive maintenance. He made the process very straight forward and his enthusiasm for the work showed. My wife commented that ‘Dan was more excited about the new house than we were!’.

I’m a first time home buyer and Dan at White River Valley Home Inspection came highly recommended by my realtor. My father and I were both very impressed with the home inspection process and final report. My father has quite a bit of carpentry knowledge so we already knew much of what we would find. However, Dan pointed out a few significant items we hadn’t noticed and provided a lot of great information. We were able to use his report to negotiate during the sale and will continue to use it as a work list over the next several months. Dan is professional, patient, and thorough.
