David was such a pleasure to work with! By the time we got to the house, , he pointed out his findings, and then we went back inside and he showed us all of the pictures he had taken. He took the time to explain the pictures and point out the areas of opportunity that he touched on during the walk through. He had a great sense of humor which was a breath of fresh air. He made us feel comfortable and didn’t mind answering all of our questions. After the appointment he assured us that we could call him at any time down the road with questions. David was Highly recommended to us by a friend of mine. I called him on a Monday and he was able to do our home inspection by Wednesday. He had the completed report in my email inbox by 8am on Thursday Morning. I met him at the house to go over his findings. His report was extremely detailed and he took A LOT of photos, which I loved.
