We needed an very short turnaround for a pre-bid inspection, as is scheduled late Monday for a Tuesday a.m. inspection, and Brian Fish and Craig from WIN Home Inspection did not disappoint. The inspection was incredibly thorough for not being a full in depth inspection. They gave us enough detail to make an informed decision and kept in touch with us and our realtor, Lisa Leonard, throughout the entire process. Use them if you ever have the need.

Home Owners beware!!!!! Upon moving into the property which was 1 month after the inspection due to delayed closing, we began to notice things like a dishwasher that barely worked, etc. I reached out to Brian, and his defensive response was enough to make sure I never referred or used him again. Essentially he said, we gave you an opportunity to buy a home warranty and we can not know if a dishwasher will fail.. I explained that there was no one living in the house or using it..and ” the limited warranties expired 13 days ago.”

His wife is a Realtor so I gain no benefit for talking him up other that he is the best home inspector I have ever used. They can get in quick when we have to and for an emergency I had one time he called me while on vacation to troubleshoot a problem we had with our personal residence. Brian is also prior military and was an AE, Aviation Electrician in the Navy. So he is smart and knows his stuff. As well as being a Vet. Thank you for your service Brian!
