Wise Inspection

On behalf of Indiana Trails, I hired WISE INSPECTION in January of 2020 to inspect a property, which Indiana Trails was considering to purchase. Carl Koehlinger worked with me to inspect the property during a time when the owner, Carl and I could meet. Carl not only fit the inspection within the time we agreed, but was thorouth in covering and commenting in details about the utilities, structure, roofing, doors, windows, roots, and external conditions. Carl was helpful in walking with me and showing points of concern. Carl was efficient in e-mailing his report to me that evening. His charge was reasonable for his time, his observations, his knowledge, and his explanations. I would use WISE INSPECITONS again and do recommend Carl’s work to others.
