I’ve worked with in the past have, and this is because he is more thorough. His final inspection report was the best I’ve ever seen in regards to how it is laid out and you can actually interact with it by clicking different things that he has inspected and has photos of. It is very intuitive and makes it easier to understand what he inspected and what needs done about it. I was also able to use the “repair request” section of the actual report to just click things that needed repaired, enter the amount and then I sent it over to my realtor who then attached and sent it to the sellers agent, very cool.
