Brian is not only a top-notch, knowledgable, thorough and professional home inspector, but he is an all around great guy as well. We hired him, twice, for homes we were looking to purchase. He went above and beyond what we expected from a home inspection…carefully explaining (in terms we could understand!) every aspect of the homes, both the good and the bad. Both times we walked away from the inspections feeling confident that we knew the right decision to make going forward (we walked away from one home and moving forward with the second) We TRULY feel like he had our best interest at heart when explaining things to us. Great guy, great inspector, will definitely be recommending him to anyone in need!

Brian is an exceptionally responsive, professional, and proactive inspector. Importantly, he is extremely detail-oriented and comprehensively investigates all potential issues, even with new construction homes. His depth of knowledge is impressive and I would recommend him wholeheartedly as an inspector who will provide you with the confidence that no stones were left unturned.
