I am moving to Alabama from Green Bay Wisconsin. And I know that home inspections are a necessary evil. You can save a little money not getting one, but you might be paying 10 times that much later. Bob was very easy to talk to. I didn’t feel rushed at all while we were on the phone. As I asked him many questions Even though he was on his way to another appointment. He wanted to make sure I understood the report and I had answers for all my questions. He was very thorough with his inspection. Finding things I wouldn’t even have thought anybody would notice. The report was even more impressive when it was printed out. Quite extensive.
