Zimmerman Home Inspection

Received the inspection report in a timely manner and even on a holiday(the 4th of July)! The inspection report is very user friendly and not hard to understand at all. It will be easy to use to follow any recommendations in the report. Will recommend to any friends and family in need of a home inspection!

They were super easy to communicate with either via email, text or phone! We actually had two home inspections with them. One we were able to schedule within 24 hours of getting a signed PA since we were going on vacation. Then, the second was just as easy to schedule and as informative. Casey was incredibly thorough and explained everything very well. He took tons of pictures which were all included in our report. He took the time to walk us through potential issues and made sure we understood everything. My family and friends will definitely use them in the future!

Going with someone else in Grand Forks. Can’t gain buisness by not responding. Saw the reviews and professional looking website and was hoping to hire them. Not the case. I don’t recommend if you plan on waiting for them to respond back too you.
