Responsive with questions after the inspection, offers really helpful advice, has himself done almost every aspect of home contracting & knows quality (or shoddy) work. … and super nice! He definitely takes his time to find “major” issues with a house. Then when a real professional comes to fix said issues there is nothing wrong. He is completely clueless. I would never recommend.

Ray was fantastic both times I used Zinks for my home inspection. He was extremely thorough, attentive, and honest with each home. He gives you all the facts and lets you decide for your self what to do moving forward. He never tried to sway me one way or the other just gave me the cold hard facts. Another neat feature he brought to one of the inspections was a drop to evaluate the exterior of the roof (he even got a photo of the whole neighborhood for me). He is personable but most importantly honest and in my opinion the one star reviews shouldn’t exist. And to top it all off he is very affordable!
